Swimming Pool Manager

The City of Hartley is seeking a Swimming Pool Manager who has overall responsibility 
for safety at the pool, as well as managerial, administrative and facility operations.

This Employee should have excellent organizational, communication, and public relations skills.
This position requires weekend and holiday work.
Education & Experience: Prefer candidates with knowledge and experience in pool management operations.
High school diploma required and must be eighteen years or older.
Must have Lifeguard Training, CPR & First Aid Certification.

  including first aid, rotations, hiring and work schedule of staff, janitorial duties, limited pool maintenance including daily chemical analysis/testing, pool cleaning, cleaning of bathrooms, swim lessons, and
• All other duties as necessary or required.
